Best Buttermilk Pancakes
- Dry Ingredients
- 2 C unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 T sugar
- ½ t table salt
- 1 t baking powder
- ½ t baking soda
- Wet Ingredients
- 2 C buttermilk
- ¼ c sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T vanilla
- 3 T unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- Wisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In a second bowl....
- Wisk buttermilk, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla and eggs.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and mix in wet. Only stir until just combined. Allow Batter to sit for 10 minutes before cooking.
