- 4 T unsalted butter
- 2 oz. Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate pieces, divided
- ¼ C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 T Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ C all-purpose flour
- ½ t baking powder
- Combine flour and baking powder in bowl and set aside
- In a glass bowl ... 1 oz of chocolate and butter ... microwave to melt stirring often
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, cocoa, vanilla, and salt and mix then add to flour and stir until there is nothing dry.
- Divide batter between 2 mugs
- nuke, stir, nuke, add chocolate, nuke, rest...enjoy.

- Microwave for 45 seconds
- Stir each mug a few times to evenly distribute
- Microwave again for 45 seconds
- divide remaining chocolate and press into center of each mug
- Microwave for 35 seconds
- Rest for 2 minutes in microwave
