257 East Pizza
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c water plus extra as needed
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- ¾ lb provel per 12 inch pizza
- 2 part white american
- 1 part swiss
- 1 part provolone
- liquid smoke to taste. Careful here... a little goes a long way.

- Mix all dry ingredients add water
