SuperBowl of Wings

These wings are very flavorful and I have intentionally not used any measurements. This one is about how you are feeling on the day you make it. These flavors balance so well you likely can't go wrong.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. Smart Chicken brand wing sections
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • canola oil
  • Panda Express Teriyaki Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Fresh Ginger minced
  • Fresh Garlic minced
  • apple cider vinegar
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • cayenne pepper
  • sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. coat wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and leave sit at room temperature for 1.5 hours
  2. toss wings in canola oil to cover
  3. arrange wings in single layer with no two pieces touching and roast wings on a rack for 25 minutes at 375 F until most of the fat has rendered and the skin is crisp.
  4. while roasting combine teriyaki, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cider vinegar, Worcestershire and cayenne.
  5. toss roasted wings in sauce to coat and return to rack in a single layer.
  6. roast again about 10 minutes until golden brown and delicious.
